Oxnard Man Killed In Fatal Motorcycle Crash On PCH Saturday Afternoon

      The CHP says a collision between a motorcycle and a car late Saturday afternoon claimed the life of an Oxnard man who was riding the motorcycle.

     The say shortly before 5:30 PM a 35-year-old Oxnard man was riding his 2022 Harley Davidson southbound on Pacific Coast Highway south of Deer Creek Road when a 74-year-old Oxnard man driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla that was on the right shoulder of southbound PCH pulled out directly in the path of the motorcycle.

     The vehicles collided.

     The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

     The crash shut down PCH in that area for about 45 minutes.

     Meanwhile, the CHP says they are still investigating the incident and they're asking anyone who might have information to call them at (805) 662-2640.
