This weekend in Ventura County will start off wet as a storm moves through Friday night into Saturday morning with 1-3 inches of rain possible.
Here is the latest from the National Weather Service...
"Another low pressure system is expected to move across the region, bringing significant rain, mountain snow and a chance of isolated thunderstorms.
The Central, SBA south coast and western Ventura Counties could see up to three inches, whereas LA could see up to an inch.
Rainfall rates are expected to reach up to three-quarters of an inch.
Snow levels will be down to 6000 feet and up to 8 inches of accumulation are possible. Some of the potential impacts are slick roads and minor rockslides and debris flow."
The NWS is also saying there is a chance of rain almost every day next week in Ventura County with the heaviest sometime on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
