A rain-starved Ventura County received a little bit of wet weather Wednesday with some snow in the mountains.

It wasn't much, but it was welcomed.

Most areas of the county received a tenth of an inch or less, but there were some areas that saw between a quarter and an half inch of rain.

And there was several inches of snow in the higher elevations of Ventura County's northern mountains.

Given the relatively small amount of rain, there were no significant problems and the recent burn areas held up well.
